PRICING

Pricing for the Foundation Course will depend on the number of candidates who register and pay as hall hire is a large fixed cost. As a guide for 6 people the total cost will currently be in the order of £48 per person and for 12 (our current maximum number) it is about £40 each. These costs include the examination fee. You will also need to purchase the "Foundation Now" Course book from the RSGB.

Pricing for the Foundation Exam & Assessment only will also depend on the number of candidates who register and pay as hall hire is a large fixed cost. It will be a bit less than the costs for the full Course noted above.

Pricing for the Intermediate Licence Course also depends on the number of candidates. As a guide anticipated costs are £65 per person for 8 candidates and and £55 per person for 10 (our maximum number).

For the Intermediate there are additional costs of components etc required for the practical elements and you will also need to bring some tools with you, e.g. soldering iron, long nosed pliers, wire cutters. Further information on what you will need is available from the RSGB Course book "Intermediate Licence - Building on the Foundation". Before booking an Intermediate Course you must have passed the Foundation Course.

For the Intermediate corse a £40 deposit will be required to secure a place. You will need to complete a paper copy of the Registration Form Click Here For the Registration Form, sign and post it with your deposit cheque to the address that will be given to you in due course.

About three weeks before the Course we will let you know the full amount to be paid, which depends on total numbers, and this amount would need to be received before the Course starts.
